Queen of the hills gives a distinctive mellow luxe flavour in the cup. The high mountain soil, diversity and the Himalayan micro-climate add a delicate fragrant and sophisticated flavour. It can be brewed a few times at least before they loose the flavour.
Makes a sensational black tea and cold brews.
Brew : 4 grams @ 98 degrees celsius for 3 mins
Cold Brew: 10 grams per 1 litre of filtered water. Leave it 14 - 16 hours. Be amazed!
