How do I shop online?

Do you accept email orders?

Certainly do. Send the details of your order - products, shipping address and contact details - to: info@operachai.com.au

Once confirmed, send us the proof of payment and will ship it to your address.


How are the orders shipped?

We strive to send all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receiving them. If for some reason we’re delayed, we’ll give you a courtesy call or email.

Delivery is usually via Australia Post, and can vary depending on your location.

Why hasn’t my order arrived?

Slow delivery is a frustrating thing, and we’re sorry to hear you’re waiting. If you still haven’t received your online order after 10 days, please contact us and we’ll launch an investigation. We’re known for our detective process, and most lost or missing parcels can be tracked down (or simply show up at our warehouse). So, don’t hesitate to call or email with any concerns.


Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, we have covered all over Australia. We are working on partnering with our Kiwi friends.


Is payment secure?

Online and offline, we take your personal details seriously. We use a secure online server to protect your credit card details, and our mail order list is never, ever accessible by third parties.

Do you have an exchange policy?

Yes! But you need to notify us and return the item unopened within 10 days - because freshness and quality is paramount. Unfortunately, we can’t accept claims after this time.


Do you have a policy on Return Postage?

Unless you are returning your product due to manufacturing default you are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.


Can I get a refund?

For changes of mind or ordering accidents, we’ll happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method. Unfortunately, shipping charges can’t be included.Refund of purchase price is given once the product is received and inspected in our warehouse.
